Shipping Policy
Lineage Watch Co. ships anywhere located within the United States, including any U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico (hereinafter, “Domestic Shipping”), as well as various international destinations (hereinafter, “International Shipping”) except as otherwise set forth in our excluded destinations list below.
PROCESSING
Though we are a small, family-owned and operated business, we are committed to customer service and strive to fill and ship your order in the timeliest manner. Most orders are processed with forty-eight (48) hours of credit card approval.
For orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, such order will be processed on the following business day. Please note your order will only be shipped once payment has been processed and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account potential delays caused by payment authorization.
METHODS
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on order processing times, periods of high volume or demand (e.g., holiday season), unexpected delays (e.g., weather conditions, COVID-19), and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in California. To safeguard the products we ship and to protect your purchase, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, hotels, or freight forwarding facilities.

Our address verification software package is updated regularly and contains all valid addresses from the United States of America. You will be asked to change your shipping address if this address you enter is not recognized.
